J’ai commandé un guide pour Séoul via cette agence. C’etait un peu difficile pour communiquer au début pour avoir où en est la situation qu’une fois payé (service hotline se trouve en Espagne, siège à Hong Kong si j’ai bien compris). Elle nous a préparé un programme sur mesure pour 8 personnes adultes et enfants : un parcours au centre de Séoul (sites historiques, quartiers sympathiques pour le shopping, un restaurant pas cher au goût de tout le monde....). Sarah travaille chez findmyguides depuis 2 mois alors je ne sais pas si tous les guides chez cette agence sont équivalents mais Sarah est très compétente et agréable. Elle est française d’orig Portugaise alors on a aucun problème de communication. Pour 135€/journée, c’est vraiment pas cher pour découvrir une ville à 8. Très bon rapport qualité/prix que nous ne pouvons pas le faire tout seul
