All GUYDEEZ TOUR guides are local people who have a great experience of the country in which they live and who wish to share their experiences and passion for their country or city with travelers from all over the world. The GUYDEEZ TOUR team selects the locals guides with an internal process based on the following criteria: knowledge of the language, long experience of the country in which they offer their services, a desire to share, an interest in collaborative tourism, dynamism and motivation.

A cancellation between 1 week and 48 hours before the service takes place will result in a partial refund of 50% of the order. A cancellation made one week before the order is refunded in full. A cancellation made within 48 hours before the service is not refundable.

Once the order has been placed, our team will come back to you as soon as possible to confirm the information provided and know your requirements in order to assign you the local that best suits your needs. Once the order is confirmed you will be notified by email. We will send you an access to a private Live Chat, between you and the guide assigned by our team, so you can determine together the visits, the meeting place, the contact details... Our team also remains at your disposal for requests concerning visits, prices…

The offers include the booking of your local private guide as well as your personalized tour but do not take into account the guide's transport costs or the evening and/or lunch if you decide to eat  together. You will never have to share the visits with other people, the guide is exclusively for you !
